Cibisatamab is a T-cell bispecific antibody designed to target carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) on tumor cells and CD3 on T cells, activating T cells to selectively eliminate CEA-expressing tumors. This humanized antibody has a 2:1 molecular format, enhancing CEA avidity for effective tumor cell targeting. Cibisatamab (CEA-TCB) can be used for colorectal cancer research.
