Product details

Simonsinol is a polymerase chain inhibitor that has been shown to inhibit the activity of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as TNF-α. It also inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory factors, such as IL-1β and IL-6. Simonsinol has been tested in vitro and has shown an inhibitory effect on LPS stimulated Raw 264.7 cells. In addition, simonsinol has been shown to have memory enhancing effects in mice, which may be due to its inhibition of NMDA receptors and its ability to bind with DNA.
